Hi everyone I thought it was time to let you know what is being planned.

My name is Stewart Bannister and I am the Entertainments Team Leader for Poacher. My team has been working hard to bring to Poacher the best ever Entertainments here are just a few: -

HULLABALOO ROADSHOW

The Hullabaloo Roadshow will entertain you daily. Go along and see them have some fun join in or just listen and find out whats going on where.

Film sessions will be 10am until 12, 2 to 4pm and 7 until 9 in the evening

Next to the marquee with a range of circus skills from The Earthbound Misfits and challenging activities on a “drop in” basis

CELEBRATE

An opening and closing ceremony will be held to celebrate the jamboree. Both of these events will be extremely memorable high points of Poacher 2004 international jamboree. Both will be witnessed and shared with everyone on camp.

                             Disco Party in the arena

Thousands will unite together for one week of fun, excitement and adventure. The grand opening of the camp will take place on Saturday evening. (Full Uniform to be worn please). It will start with a grand parade around the camp lead by mass bands and will finish in the main arena. When Poacher has been opened the fun begins with a massive opening party in the arena dancing to ………….!!!!! I don’t want to give everything away.

The last night of the jamboree. Tonight every person on the campsite will gather together for one last celebration. Many will have made lifelong friends, many from overseas.

The fun will start in the main arena on Friday night with a mega concert/rave and close with what will be remembered for many years to come. The theme of Poacher is ‘The Movies’. Could there be someone famous to close the camp? Who knows, we'll all have to wait and see!!!!!
